For 40 years Family Caregiver Alliance (FCA) has supported and sustained the important work of families and friends nationwide who care for adult loved ones with chronic, disabling health conditions.

HFA meets its mission by providing programs for professional development, public education, and information; funding research, producing publications and providing information on issues related to advance care planning, hospice and palliative care, caregiving, and grief. Our programs for healthcare professionals are designed to improve the care of those with a terminal illness and those experiencing the process of grief and are offered on a national basis. Our programs for the public are designed to assist individual consumers of health care who are coping with issues of caregiving, terminal illness, and grief.

American Hospice Foundation closed its doors in June 2014 after nearly 20 years of improving access to quality hospice care through public education, professional training, and advocacy on behalf of consumers. AHF leaves a legacy of educating the public about hospice and heightening awareness of grief issues in the schools and workplace.

We empower hospices and community organizations to meet the unique needs of America’s Veterans and their families by offering guidance and resources focused on respectful inquiry, compassionate listening, and grateful acknowledgment so that Veterans can be guided toward a more peaceful ending.

Since 2011, the Senior Veterans Service Alliance has provided information and assistance with veterans' benefits. We are not a recognized veterans service organization nor are we affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs, but we serve the same purpose by assisting with benefits through our accredited representatives. We are a nonprofit organization. We do NOT charge fees for assistance with original veterans benefits applications.
